Decor and all the expensive furnisher is all included in this price.... You have two lounges one upstairs and one downstairs. Upstairs also a bar area with sliding doors leading to the balcony. Four of the rooms have a full sea view. To get to the breakfast room you go down a spiral staircase that just makes this place that more stylish. This is not where it ends...the private second kitchen with a double bedroom and en suite for the owners hidden away just enough. Steps going down to the laundry area and this area can be converted into a flatlet with its own entrance. The current owners are building a house opposite the road and offers their assistance if you take this gorgeous place. That's not all, they will also stand in if you need to have a break.
