Montana Cape guest house consists of 5 self catering units all with fully equipped kitchenette and en suite bathroom. One guest room is a standard spacious room also with an en suite bathroom, and there are a total of 6 guest rooms. All the rooms have their own outsid...e entrance with good security doors. The rooms all have queen size beds, a coffee and tea station, refrigerator, DSTV and WIFI.The sale price is inclusive of all guest room furniture, tv, bedding, towels, all kitchenette electrical items, cutlery, crockery, toaster, kettle etc.The guest cars are parked inside the property behind automated gate. Breakfast is served on special request, and the guest house is personally managed , serviced and controlled on a day to day basis by the owner. The guests enjoy this as it is more personalized and friendly. The rooms are very clean and in excellent conditionwith all appliances, lights, tv etc in good working order. The rooms are decorated in white, beige and cream with a touch of colour in the ornaments and cushions.There is a lapa, swimming pool and barbecue facilities. Laundry service is also available on request. The garden has been designed with low maintenance plants, succulents and aloes that are indigenous to the area and don't require much watering or work.Montana Cape guest house is very centrally situated and is close to N1 /N4 hiways, Wonderboom airport, Montana hospital, shopping malls, restaurants etc.The monthly turnover based on a 5 day week varies between R35,000 R45,000per month. Occupancy based on a 5 day week is 85%, as most of the guests are regulars that request certain rooms of choice on a regular monthly visit basis.
