A 97ha historic wine and fruit farm, registered over 4 separate diagrams, is located between Paarl and Wellington in the Dal Josafat area.The farm is currently planted to 11.6 ha of vineyards and 8.5ha guava orchards. 11ha are in use as a "stokkies" nursery and a further 9ha is arable.
