This property boasts a beautiful Settler home, Morley House, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a second dwelling with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as an en suite rondavel. Other features include a swimming pool, a double carport, and outside laundry and even a quaint ox wagon in the garden! If you are interested in history, this home was originally built for Thomas Hartley, a blacksmith, who had previously converted his smithy to ac...commodation, and renamed Hartley's Hotel, which is today the Pig and Whistle Hotel. It is beleived that the settler Jeremiah Goldswain bought this property and later also the Pig and Whistle Hotel, so the two buildings have shared history. Generations of Morleys have lived there, hence the name. This property has previously housed various businesses, including an antique shop, a guest house and tea garden, although it is not presently used for business.
